unparty-app started as a story, a pretty personal one at that. This is the biggest driver of my decision to build in public.
This was all a big idea. An idea that grew through some pretty significant personal life moments for me. It would be as no surprise that I found myself drawing closer to my faith.
Faith is a big part of how I was raised and how my family is connected. It is part of my story.

My Aunt Winnie sends me inspiration every single day, almost always at the same time.
It is a goal of mine to be as *consistent, disciplined, and thoughtful towards others as my aunt is with me.
While it has been a minute since I have walked inside of a church, reading these five verses filled me with a bit of joy.
Perhaps the memory of reading them in childhood or the resilient spirit I have developed throughout my life, each sparked equal levels of creativity and hope.
