Learning how to articulate thoughts, effort, and feedback is a valuable skill in this automation bubble we are living in.

I started this project thinking

I wanted a SMART journal, but

now I want to use AI the least

amount as possible in my personal life.

What that means for me is that I

do not use ai as a chat interface,

do not use ai to discuss my feelings,

do not use ai to write for me.

I do use ai when I buy

vegatables at the store I can not pronounce.

But, I mostly find the Google is giving me the best results.

My primary use of ai is through code.
